We’re a small, made-to-order business, and because every item is created specifically for your order, all sales are final. As much as we’d love to offer full returns or exchanges, we aren’t able to do so at this time.
That said, we always want you to be happy with your order. If you receive the wrong item, size, or color, or if anything arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue, troubleshoot with you, and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
